DAY 1 & 2 : ARRIVAL TO COLOMBO

Your chauffeur-guide will meet you on arrival at Colombo airport and transfer you to your boutique hotel in the city where you will be for a two-night stay. Spend the rest of your first day relaxing before embarking on a walking and tuk-tuk tour the following morning as your guide reveals the colonial heart of the city to you.

DAY 3, 4 & 5 : COLOMBO TO SIGIRIYA

You will be transferred to Colombo airport to board your seaplane to the Cultural Triangle, a scenic flight of just 30 minutes. With three days to explore the area, your guide will show you the ancient cities, and there will be a chance to engage with the locals who live in surrounding countryside villages. Accommodation is at Water Garden Sigiriya, one of the only hotels with direct views of Sigiriya, a great place to sit back with a G&T as the sun goes down.

DAY 6, 7 & 8 : SIGIRIYA TO HATTON

Embark on a memorable, scenic train ride from Kandy into Hatton, ambling along, passing by beautiful tea clad hills. Your stay is in a luxurious bungalow, at Tea Trails, stunning views and impeccable service in an idyllic spot. Spend your time walking in the plantations, visit a working tea factory or simply relaxing in this beautiful part of Sri Lanka. During your stay, you’ll taste some incredible food, from some of the best rice and curry in Sri Lanka to afternoon tea made from freshly picked leaves.

DAY 9, 10 & 11 : HATTON TO TANGALLE | 300 KMS – 5 HOUR (35 MINUTES by SEA PLANE)

For the last part of your holiday, you’ll travel south for a three-night stay in a lovely boutique hotel in the hills above Galle by Sea Plane. You will reach Galle in 35 Min and your guide will reach late evening.  This gorgeous heaven is stylish as well as peaceful. Spend a day cruising down the Kapu Ela River through canals and past small communities before taking a tuk-tuk ride around this remote area, getting a feel for how the locals live.

DAY 12:  GALLE TO AIRPORT FOR DEPARTURE
